well... the scavenger hunt was creative thats for sure! i had this weird pain in my leg so runnung was a little difficult. but have no fear scott and blake fixed it!! yay! no more pain! well i guess thats not entirely true. i am INCREDIBLY sore. pretty sure im not the only one! haha XC is killer. but its pretty fun i guess. well that was todays work out!!

Good Job. I think you will like tomorrows run in the canyon. The soreness means your working, and it is a pain sometimes. You will do great this year and thanks for making workouts so regularly. It really will help you and the team have a great season.
